最近は国内でもなかなか食べられなくなった「ユッケ」。本当に美味しいですよね?お酒のアテには最高のおつまみです。今日はその「ユッケ」の語源についてお話します。

ユッケの「ユッ」の部分。??韓国語では육(ユク Yuk)と発音します。次に「ケ」の部分は회(フェ Fe)と発音します。ユク(yuk)は「肉」という意味で、フェ(Fe)は「刺身」という意味になります。

整理すると、Yuk+Fe=Yukfe=ユッケとなります。単に?お刺身の事も「フェ」と言います。刺身専門店は「フェッチプ」と言います。
